License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and IMEducators LLC (“IMEducators,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of Total Recall™ by IMEducators™, including all associated course materials, audio recordings, written guides, checklists, mind maps, hypnosis recordings, and any other digital content delivered as part of the product (“the Product”).

By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Product.

DO NOT listen to the Total Recall™ Hypnosis Program while driving an automobile or operating any vehicle or machinery. This recording is intended for use only when you are in a safe, relaxed environment — ideally before bedtime.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase and payment in full, IMEducators grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to access and use the Product solely for your own personal, non-commercial self-improvement purposes.

This license is granted to you as an individual and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

2. Permitted Uses

Under this license, you may:

Access and use all Product materials for your own personal learning and self-improvement
Download and store one (1) original copy and one (1) backup copy of the Product materials on your own personal devices for personal use
Print materials for your own personal reference

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

Share, distribute, forward, or transfer the Product or any portion of it to any other person or entity, whether for free or for compensation
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Product or any portion of it
Upload the Product to any file-sharing service, website, platform, or network
Use the Product to create derivative works for sale or distribution
Use the Product for any commercial, training, coaching, or instructional purpose for others without written permission from IMEducators LLC
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings contained in the Product
Reproduce or republish any portion of the Product in any medium without prior written consent from IMEducators LLC

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Product — including but not limited to text, audio recordings, graphics, course materials, checklists, mind maps, and hypnosis recordings — is the intellectual property of IMEducators LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

The names IMEducators™ and Total Recall™ are trademarks of IMEducators LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by this Agreement. You are purchasing a license to use the Product, not the Product itself.

5. Results Disclaimer

The Product is provided for personal educational and self-improvement purposes only. IMEducators LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific results or outcomes from use of the Product. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, background, consistency of practice, and other factors outside our control.

Nothing in the Product constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you have a medical or psychological condition, please consult a qualified professional before using any memory improvement or hypnosis content included in the Product.

6. Refund Policy

IMEducators LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@imeducators.com.

Refund requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be honored. Upon issuance of a refund, your license to use the Product is immediately revoked and you must delete all copies of the Product materials from your devices.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. IMEducators LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and permanently delete all copies of the Product materials from your devices and storage systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMEDUCATORS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF IMEDUCATORS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL IMEDUCATORS LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published at imeducators.com, constitutes the entire agreement between you and IMEducators LLC with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
