1) The products sold on this website are licensed for personal use only e.g. You may not modify or resell

2) You may retain 2 copies of the products you purchased: 1 for daily use and the other for backup. In the
event one of the copies is destroyed or unuseable, you may replace it with another copy.
3) If the product does not improve your memory, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase and
request a refund. You will agree in writing that you have destroyed all your copies of the products and we
will then issue a refund. In any event IMEducators.com total liability to any customer shall not be greater
than the amount that customer paid to us.
